Dear ex PYs,

You are invited to join the SSEAYP Reunion on Board (ROB) Singapore 2009, to
be held on *26 November 2009 (Thursday)* on board the new ship, Fuji Maru.

As there are limited places, you will need to reserve your tickets.

Date : 26 November 2009 (Thursday) Time : 1800hrs - 2100hrs Venue: Fuji
Maru (berthed at CC03, Vivo City) Price : $20 (Singapore ex PYs) $25
(Foreign ex PYs) Theme : Hollywood Glitz & Glam

*How to Reserve?*

Registration will open on 22 August 2009 (Saturday) and will close on 28
August 2009 (Friday) or when all tickets have been reserved, whichever is
earlier.

To reserve, please email the following details to sgrob09@ymail.com:

1. Full name (as in NRIC/Passport)
2. NRIC No. / Passport No. (for foreign ex PYs)
3. Year of Participation in SSEAYP
4. Email Address
5. Contact Number (Hp)
6. Gender

We appreciate that each year's representative help to register on behalf of
their batch mates who do not have email access.

** Important Information (Please read)
*

- The Reunion on Board Singapore 2009 is only for ex Participating Youths of
SSEAYP.

- Reservation is strictly on a first come first served basis as tickets for
the ROB are limited.

- Your email reservation is only to reserve the tickets.

- Tickets will only be confirmed once payment is received. If payment is
late, the reservation will be forfeited and given to the next person on the
waiting list.

- An email will be sent to you, with payment details, on 29 or 30 August
2009 if you are successful in your reservation. Payment is by cheque only.

- Your reservation is unsuccessful if you do not receive any email after 30
August 2009, and will be put on the waiting list.

- Only email reservations and enquiries that are sent to the email account
sgrob09@ymail.com will be accepted.

- Please make sure that the details in your reservation email are correct.
The Committee will not be held responsible for any discrepancies.

- Please ensure that there are no double reservations for the same person.

- The Committee reserves the right to close the registration before the
closing date of 28 August 2009 once all tickets have been reserved.
